John J. Borsos

John Borsos, Esq. was born in California, admitted to the California Bar in 1972. He came to Utah in 1974 and was admitted to the Utah Bar at that time. Mr. Borsos was previously employed by the IRS until 1985 under the title of Estate and Gift Tax Attorney. Before going into private practice, he was employed briefly by a tax firm. In 1986 he opened his private practice under John J. Borsos, P.C. He handles currently handles Social Security law, probates and estate planning issues. Previously, he was on the Board of Directors for Treasury Credit Union and Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. You may also remember his column in Utah PrimeTimes. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors for Alliance House, and is a member of NOSSCR, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He is married with three children.

Robyn Springer

Robyn Springer joined our law firm in September 2004 as our Paralegal. She is a Case Manager for our disability claims. Robyn also assists Mr. Borsos in estate planning and probate documents. She received her Paralegal Certification from Mountain West College in 2003 and has been in the legal field since 1990. She is the mother of one beautiful daughter.

Karen Walton

Karen Walton handles most of the copying and filing, as well as assisting with Federal Court filings. She is a very empathic and compassionate person, who loves speaking with our clients over the phone. She looks forward to hearing from you!

Penny Ogura

Penny is very understanding and loves to help anyone with anything that she can. She especially enjoys speaking with potential clients and learning more about them. Although new to our office, she is making great strides in learning all about the complex Social Security process.

David Borsos

David Borsos maintains the computers and helps out clients with any payment issues that may occur. This includes writing letters to the Districto offices and even corresponding with the payment center. He will help you understand differences between SSI and SSDI. He served an LDS mission in Bolivia for two years, and is currently attending the University of Utah where he is working on a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Holly

Holly is the newest member of our staff and works in the capacity of receptionist. She graduated from the University of Utah and enjoys helping clients.
